NUEVAS TECNOLOG\u00cdAS.<\/strong><br \/><strong>I.-)<\/strong> NUEVAS INCUMBENCIAS NOTARIALES: Jurisdicci\u00f3n Voluntaria: Competencia notarial. Su ampliaci\u00f3n. Recepci\u00f3n legislativa: C\u00f3digo de fondo y los C\u00f3digos de Forma. Campo de acci\u00f3n en materia civil. Su implicancia en el derecho de acceso a la justicia.
