{"id":1753,"date":"2017-01-13T11:27:08","date_gmt":"2017-01-13T14:27:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cn.cnmza.org.ar\/?p=1753"},"modified":"2017-01-31T10:29:28","modified_gmt":"2017-01-31T13:29:28","slug":"traslado-de-menores-de-edad-en-micro-de-larga-distancia-seguridad-en-el-transporte","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cn.cnmza.org.ar\/?p=1753","title":{"rendered":"TRASLADO DE MENORES DE EDAD EN MICRO DE LARGA DISTANCIA -SEGURIDAD EN EL TRANSPORTE"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Nueva regulaci\u00f3n para el traslado de los menores de edad en micros de larga distancia<br \/><\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/cnmza.org.ar\/archivo\/2017\/AUTORIZACION%20MICROS.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">(click aqui para descargar)<\/a><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con el objetivo de disminuir la vulnerabilidad de los menores como posibles v\u00edctimas de redes de trata de personas o intentos de sustracciones, el Ministerio de Transporte de la Naci\u00f3n \u00a0y la CNRT implementaron una nueva normativa (<a href=\"http:\/\/servicios.infoleg.gob.ar\/infolegInternet\/anexos\/260000-264999\/264622\/norma.htm\">Resoluci\u00f3n SGT 43\/2016<\/a>\u00a0y\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnrt.gob.ar\/sites\/default\/files\/Resoluci%C3%B3n%20N%C2%B01025-16.pdf\">Resoluci\u00f3n CNRT 1025\/2016<\/a>) que regula las autorizaciones de viaje para menores de edad que se trasladen en el transporte interjurisdiccional de pasajeros.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 establece la nueva regulaci\u00f3n?<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\r\n\t<li>Si el menor tiene\u00a0<strong>menos de 6 a\u00f1os<\/strong>podr\u00e1 viajar \u00fanicamente acompa\u00f1ado por un Representante Legal o Tercero Autorizado.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Los menores de\u00a0<strong>entre 6 y 12 a\u00f1os<\/strong>, inclusive, deber\u00e1n viajar acompa\u00f1ados por un Representante Legal, Tercero Autorizado o utilizando el servicio de Menor no Acompa\u00f1ado que podr\u00e1n brindar las empresas.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Los que tienen\u00a0<strong>entre 13 y 17 a\u00f1os<\/strong>podr\u00e1n viajar acompa\u00f1ados o solos, contando con las autorizaciones requeridas.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>EL VINCULO FILIATORIO SIEMPRE DEBE SER ACREDITADO<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo se tramitan las autorizaciones de viaje?<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las autorizaciones pueden tramitarse de dos maneras:<\/p>\r\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\r\n\t<li><strong>PRESENCIAL<\/strong>: Se podr\u00e1n realizar de manera Presencial en las boleter\u00edas de las empresas, completando el formulario que existe para tal fin. El formulario que se adjunta.<\/li>\r\n\t<li><strong>PREVIA<\/strong>: Se podr\u00e1 realizar la autorizaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de: Escribanos, Juez competente, Autoridad competente del Registro Civil y Capacidad de las Personas, Justicia de Paz y otras Autoridades Administrativas y Judiciales.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 documentaci\u00f3n es necesaria para acreditar el v\u00ednculo filiatorio?<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\r\n\t<li>DNI \/ PASAPORTE\u00a0 DEL MENOR<\/li>\r\n\t<li>DNI DEL REPRESENTANTE LEGAL<\/li>\r\n\t<li>LIBRETA DE MATRIMONIO CON NACIMIENTO ASENTADO O PARTIDA DE NACIMIENTO O ACTA DE NACIMIENTO O TESTIMONIO JUDICIAL DE ADOPCI\u00d3N<\/li>\r\n\t<li>EL V\u00cdNCULO PODR\u00c1 SER ACREDITADO MEDIANTE EL DNI DEL MENOR, SIEMPRE QUE \u00c9STE CONTENGA EL NOMBRE DE SUS REPRESENTANTES LEGALES.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>SI VIAJA CON UN TERCERO, DNI DE LA PERSONA RESPONSABLE DEL MENOR DURANTE EL VIAJE Y AUTORIZACI\u00d3N CORRESPONDIENTE.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>SE DEBE CONTAR CON ORIGINAL Y FOTOCOPIA DE TODA\u00a0 LA DOCUMENTACI\u00d3N PRESENTADA<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Turismo Estudiantil<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para viajes estudiantiles o de egresados ser\u00e1n v\u00e1lidas las autorizaciones solicitadas por las agencias de viajes habilitadas para tal fin.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Fuente<\/strong>:<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/WWW.cnrt.gob.ar\/prensa\/nueva-regulaci\u00f3n-para-el-traslado-de-los-menores-de-edad-en-micros-de-larga-distancia\">WWW.cnrt.gob.ar\/prensa\/nueva-regulaci\u00f3n-para-el-traslado-de-los-menores-de-edad-en-micros-de-larga-distancia<\/a><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Regularizaci\u00f3n del Transporte \u2013 Ministerio de Transporte \u2013 Presidencia de la Naci\u00f3n.
